Buffalo Bluez opened a drive-thru service April 4 at 4200 Legacy Drive, Plano. The fast-casual burger joint opened in Plano about three years ago and has now expanded its patio to about 900 square feet in order to accommodate additional seating and provide an outdoor dining experience.
