Japanese restaurant Ebisu is set to open in late July or early August at 13376 US 183 N., Ste. 400, Austin, according to the restaurant’s owners. Ebisu will serve traditional Japanese fare with modern influences, featuring high-grade sashimi and wagyu beef, nigiri and sashimi. Traditional sushi rolls will also be available on the menu. Ebisu will have a bar with sake, Japanese whiskey and draught beer. Owners of the restaurant told Community Impact Newspaper in an email that the executive chef of Ebisu has more than three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, having worked in Japanese restaurants along the Pacific Coast. www.ebisuaustin.com
