The Hollow, located at 708 S. Austin Ave., Georgetown, re-opened Sept. 9 under new ownership after temporarily closing; however Executive Chef Jacob Hilbert is still running the kitchen. The bistro also underwent renovations and is currently seeking a liquor license.
