Oddwood Ales, 3108 Manor Road, Austin, is eyeing a September opening. Co-owner Taylor Ziebarth said Oddwood Ales will be a small, neighborhood-centric brewpub that specializes in sour and hoppy beer. The brewpub will have a small menu of crispy, thin-crust pizzas, wine and cider.
