TLC, a new casual, counter-service restaurant, will open in late summer in the Lamar Union shopping center, 1100 S. Lamar Blvd., Ste. 1150, Austin. TLC will serve Texas comfort food with a coastal influence. Dishes include oysters, shrimp, crab, chicken fried steak and sandwiches.
