Austin hospitality group New Waterloo will open Il Brutto in the Arnold building at 1617 E. Sixth St., Austin, this summer. The neighborhood Italian restaurant’s menu emphasizes classic, fresh ingredients and housemade antipasti, pizza and pasta. Lunch, brunch and dinner will be offered in the 5,000-square-foot space that features a large open kitchen, separate bar and lounge, private dining room and shaded patio.
