The ownership group behind West Oltorf Street tapas bar Winebelly is set to open two new businesses a few feet away from the Spanish-Mediterranean-inspired establishment.

Robert Tran, Erric Tran and Quang Chau—Winebelly Group partners—will open Gilt Nail Bar, 517 W. Oltorf St., Austin, in mid-April. The Winebelly partners will also open Phoebe’s Diner, 533 W. Oltorf St., Austin, in May. The breakfast-and-lunch concept will feature made-from-scratch Americana offerings such as kolaches. Camden Stuerzenberger, former executive chef of shuttered Fork & Vine, will curate the menu.

The 533 W. Oltorf St. property was the site of a planned brick-and-mortar location of Ms. P's Electric Cock that never opened. Prior to that it was a Pizza Patron, according to city of Austin documents.
