Lizelle Villapando closed her store Parts & Labour, located at 1117 S. Congress Ave., Austin, on Jan. 23 and will move to the space formerly occupied by Off the Wall at 1704 S. Congress Ave., Austin, in early March.
The move comes as plans for a new mixed-use development take shape in the block currently occupied by Parts & Labour. 512-326-1648.
