SoulCycle will open its second area location in the Frost Bank Tower at 401 Congress Ave., Austin, in February. The 3,561-square-foot studio will have 56 bikes, locker rooms, showers and an expansive lifestyle boutique that sells SoulCycle performance and athleisure clothing.
