1141 Shady Lane is a mixed-use project in development in East Austin.

1141 Shady Lane, a mixed-use development from Bercy Chen Studio, will open in the Govalle neighborhood of East Austin in July 2019. Construction on the project will begin in June.

The building will comprise three residential units—two of which will qualify as affordable housing)—8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 45,000 square feet of office space.

A 1920s bungalow house adjacent to the property will also be converted into a restaurant.
