Ramen Tatsu-Ya opened its fourth location at 1600 E. Sixth St., Austin, on July 24.

The restaurant’s East side outpost offers an expanded craft cocktail menu, which includes Faux-zay, made with plum wine and sake, and the Kaiun Collins.
