Bright Beginnings Boutique, a children’s clothing and accessories store, moved to 3010 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, in February from its previous location at 2925 W. Anderson Lane.
The store was started in 1983 by Marc and Sally Whitehouse. In November 2017, Katy and Joe Williamson took over day-to-day operations.
