Bird Bird Biscuit, a breakfast-and-lunch spot serving biscuit sandwiches, will open at 2701 Manor Road, Austin, in spring 2018.
The restaurant is a collaboration between Brian Batch and Ryan McElroy, both of Thunderbird Coffee.
On Sunday, Nov. 18, Bird Bird Biscuit will host a pop-up at Patrizi's food truck at 2307 Manor Road from 9-11 a.m.
