Takuya Matsumoto and Tatsu Aikawa, owners of three Ramen Tatsu-Ya locations and the new Texas-Japanese fusion spot Kemuri Tatsu-Ya in East Austin, have leased a restaurant space at 7301 Burnet Road, Austin.
The shopping plaza is home to Tacodeli, Juiceland and The Local Post Pub.
No additional information on the space is available at this time, according to a spokesperson for Ramen Tatsu-Ya.
