Viridis Learning is relocating its headquarters to 600 Congress Ave., Austin.
The company aims to strengthen the workforce bridge between colleges and employers through internships, further education and job opportunities.
The startup was founded in New York City in 2009 and has expanded to Palo Alto, California.
Viridis has raised nearly $10 million of venture capital and serves more than 25 college districts around the country.
The company plans to hire 25 additional employees from the Austin area in the next year.
"We are happy to welcome Viridis to Austin and excited about the good jobs the commpany is bringing to our community," Austin Chamber of Commerce Vice President of Education and Talent Development Gilbert Zavala said in a news release on Oct. 11.
