Construction on a new Beauty Empire location in Humble is expected to begin Feb. 28, according to Greater East Montgomery County Chamber officials. Beauty Empire will sell a variety of beauty supplies and accessories, including cosmetics, hair extensions, braids, wigs and hair care products.
