Healthcare watchdog nonprofit The Leapfrog Group named Medical City Alliance as one of the nation’s Top General Hospitals, according to a Dec. 19 news release.
Medical City Alliance, found at 3101 N. Tarrant Parkway, Fort Worth, provides acute care for patients in Fort Worth, Keller, Roanoke, Haslet, Saginaw and other communities in Tarrant and Denton counties, according to the announcement. It is one of four recognized hospitals in Texas and one of 37 across the U.S.
These facilities have been assessed in the 2019 Leapfrog Hospital Survey, which looks at patient safety and quality performance measures, according to the news release.
"We are exceptionally proud of this accomplishment," Medical City Alliance CEO Glenn Wallace said in the news release. "This recognition serves as an objective opinion of the high-quality care we provide at Medical City Alliance and is testament to our mission to the care and improvement of human life."
