The Tomball and Magnolia area saw vacancy rates rise year over year for industrial and office properties from the third quarter of 2020 to Aug. 18 with industrial construction booming, totaling 13 buildings underway as of mid-August, according to data provided by Caldwell Cos.
As of Aug. 18, there was 64,395 square feet of office space under construction, 154,412 square feet of industrial space under construction, and 44,000 square feet of retail space under construction locally.
