Occupancy rates fell for office, industrial and retail space in the Tomball and Magnolia area from the first quarter of 2020 to the first quarter of 2021 to date as of Feb. 16, according to data provided by Caldwell Companies.
Additionally, 460,000 square feet of commercial space was added in the Tomball and Magnolia area, including office, industrial and retail space, from the first quarter of 2020 to the first quarter of 2021 as of Feb. 16.
