The construction of Tomball West Elementary, which will be located at Tomball ISD’s 205-acre Juergen Road complex, will cost $33.37 million after the TISD school board approved the bid for construction at its April 11 meeting.

A total not-to-exceed amount of $46.11 million was included in the bid, according to the April 11 agenda.

The new campus, which will be funded through bond 2021 funds, is anticipated to open in August 2024, Community Impact previously reported. The district held a groundbreaking for the complex last October.

ICI Construction Inc. was awarded the bid, according to the agenda.
