Phase 1 of the master-planned community Magnolia Springs is complete with over 140 homes sold, said Jeff Dewese, the senior vice president for the land division of developer Signorelli Co, in a July 3 email.

In a nutshell

Magnolia Springs is a master-planned community that spans around 665 acres, Community Impact previously reported. Homes range in price from $220,000-$350,000, Dewese said.

Builders are actively selling in sections 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 of Magnolia Springs, while homes in sections 4, 5 and 7 are set to be delivered in 2024, Dewese said. Section 8 is still in the planning stage. Builders include First America Homes, Rausch Coleman Homes, Century Communities and CastleRock Communities.

What else?

Magnolia Springs will also include a 1.2-acre park, which is in the design phase and will feature a covered pavilion, a splash pad and a playground. Construction is expected to begin this year and finish by the first quarter of 2024, Dewese said.
