Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable David Hill celebrated 50 years in law enforcement in August 2017.
Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable David Hill will retire later this month, according to an announcement made Tuesday monring during a Montgomery County Commissioner's Court meeting.
