Flashing yellow arrows will be installed at three locations as part of an effort to update the Northstar Network in The Woodlands Town Center, according to Montgomery County Precinct 3 officials. Precinct 3 Commissioner James Noack said the upgrade will help decrease wait times at the intersections and eliminate congestion. The signals will be installed at Lake Robbins and Six Pines drives; Six Pines and Market Street; and Timberloch and Six Pines drives.
