The Woodlands Township announced March 11 in a news release it will cancel the remainder of The Woodlands Rodeo Express shuttle service after news that the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo was canceled due to coronavirus threat.
According to the release, customers who purchased tickets for the remaining rodeo weekends—March 14-15 and March 21-22—will receive a refund within seven to 10 business days via their original form of payment.
The release directs purchasers to contact the shuttle operators, First Class Tours, with questions at 281-590-8800.
This was the township's second year offering the shuttle service, which cost $30,000 to run last year, Community Impact Newspaper previously reported.
