1. Goode Co. BBQ hosts a grand opening for its newest location in Shenandoah Aug. 1. 2. Houston Restaurant Weeks begins Aug. 1. Fifteen restaurants in The Woodlands are participating in the special menu event to raise money for the Houston Food Bank. Find which eateries in The Woodlands are offering special menus here. 

3. Market Street hosts the second annual Blogger Crawl Aug. 3 featuring 10 of Houston's most popular bloggers. Participating retailers will feature "pit stops" along the crawl with food, photo booths and presentations of new fall fashions. Attendees are asked to RSVP here. 6-8 p.m. Free (admission).
