El Mariachi Mexican Bar and Grill will be coming to a space at 610 Rayford Road, Spring, before the end of the third quarter this year.

Terrie Smith, a real estate agent with Foldetta Commercial who represented the landlord in leasing the 4,330-square-foot space, said an exact timeframe is hard to announce at this time, as the restaurant is still getting permits.
