Grocery chain Randalls is officially closing the doors on five of its locations Feb. 15.

Christy Lara, the director of public relations and communications for Randalls, confirmed the stores are closing at the following locations:

  • 4540 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood

  • 600 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood

  • 2250 Buckthorne Place, The Woodlands

  • 4775 Panther Creek, The Woodlands

"In such a competitive environment, our company must sometimes make tough decisions to close underperforming stores so that we can reinvest in our remaining stores in the marketplace," Lara said in a previous statement.
