Kingsbrook Lane will see improvements as the road reaches the end of its useful life.

At an Oct. 19 meeting, Missouri City City Council approved a $1.59 million construction contract with ARS Construction LLC for the reconstruction of Kingsbrook Lane from Cartwright Road to Cypress Point Drive.
The reconstruction will repave the road and sidewalks as well as replace water lines, according to agenda documents.
The project—which is funded through the city’s 2021 bond program—focuses on Kingsbrook Lane and borders the Quail Valley Town Center and the Cornerstone and Asian-American Baptist churches.
