A new parking garage at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center opened June 5 with 964 spaces, Director of External Communications George Kovacik said.
Garage No. 4 is a five-level parking garage with a project cost of $17 million, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The new construction is one of several recent expansion projects at the hospital, including its South Tower expansion in 2022, a $250 million project that brought 351,636 more square feet to the complex. The medical center is located at 9250 Pinecroft Drive, Shenandoah.

Memorial Hermann is also working on a fifth medical plaza at The Woodlands site. Kovacik said construction on the site will be completed in January, and the first tenants should move in July 2025.
That project cost $29.2 million and consists of more than 135,000 square feet, according to a TDLR filing.
