Houston-based Mexican restaurant Spanish Flowers will be opening in The Woodlands, according to officials with The Woodlands Mall. The restaurant provides a variety of traditional and newer Mexican dishes. Construction on the restaurant is expected to begin in June at an exterior location at The Woodlands Mall.
