According to a news release June 26, Graze Craze specializes in charcuterie offerings of different sizes and flavor varieties, featuring gourmet meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, jams and sweets.
Franchise owners Manuel and Ellie Zaragoza said they are excited to serve others and get to know more people in their community.
“Opening a new business is an adventure, and we love that we get to take on this challenge together,” Ellie said in the release. “Manuel and I are thrilled to open a food concept that is unique and brings something fresh and new to the community.”
