On Oct. 31, Arôme welcomed its first batch of customers to its new bakery located at 5812 Kirby Drive, officials confirmed to Community Impact.
The bakery’s concept taps into traditional French bread recipes and specializes in made-from-scratch sourdough.
The setup
Arôme’s items are all baked fresh daily using premium ingredients and respecting the French interpretation of bread making, according to its official Instagram.
Galettes, which are organic handmade crepes baked until golden brown, intricately folded, then filled with savory elements such as egg, bacon strips, mushrooms and other add-ins, are among Arôme’s signature offerings.
