Ice cream, cookie and macaroon shop Luliet Creamery and Bakery will be expanding into The Woodlands area with a second location at 3600 FM 1488 Conroe in November.

Managing partner Erion Shehaj said the soft opening is planned for early November with the grand opening to follow in mid-November. The restaurant is celebrating with a pop-up Sept. 29 from 5:30-7 p.m.
