Construction is nearing completion for the plaza at Regal Benders Landing, located next to the Birnham Woods Marketplace on Riley Fuzzel Road. According to J. Beard Real Estate, the three retail buildings include 24,000 square feet of restaurant, entertainment and retail space next to the 24-screen theater.
