Intersection improvements along Woodson Road in Oak Ridge North will begin this spring following the close of bidding in early April. The project will expand the turning space available at the Woodson intersections at I-45 and Blueberry Hill Drive as well as creating a new center turn lane set back from the frontage road, according to the city.
