A total of 45 townhomes are planned in Shenandoah’s Centro commercial and residential development located off the I-45 feeder and David Memorial Drive. According to Karen Goodridge, lead sales agent of Evolve Real Estate who is in charge of leasing the project, there were four homes ready for move-in as of mid-November between cityhome and townhome units. The project is around 20% complete, with a total build-out of 115 units anticipated in around 2 1/2 years, she said.
