780 Sawdust Road, Spring
A new 201-unit apartment complex, The Mill, is under development at the intersection of Sawdust and Grogans Mill roads in Spring. According to developer Allen Harrison Co., the four-story community will open for preleasing in April and have units open to residents in June.
