Office vacancies in The Woodlands area were at 16.3% as of late 2021, more than 2% higher than vacancies one year earlier. The price per square foot was about the same as the previous year. Although industrial occupancy in late 2021 was higher than the same time the previous year, no industrial space was under construction as of Dec. 30.
