Embracing Hearts In-Home Care officials said the in-home care facility, based in The Woodlands, opened in August and is now offering services in The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Kingwood, Humble, Montgomery, Magnolia, Tomball, Katy and Cypress.

Founder Amy Bozeman, a nurse with over 15 years of experience, said she opened Embracing Hearts In-Home Care to offer services for families in need.
“I lost my mom Oct. 24, 2024, to cancer and struggled to find care for her. After she passed, I wanted to honor my mom and help others,” Bozeman said. “We opened Embracing Hearts In-Home Care in hopes that we can serve those in need that don't have family support.”
