The leases total 82,754 square feet, and the buildings are now fully leased, according to a news release.
CBRE Group, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company, is based in Dallas.
“Despite some headwinds in the office market today, leasing momentum has been strong at Wildwood Corporate Centre, and we are thrilled to have both buildings at 100% leased,” said Steve Rocher, executive vice president for CBRE in Houston, in the release. “Tenants today are prioritizing a flight to quality in amenity-rich areas, and Wildwood provides all of that.”
The leases include a 43,230-square-foot lease with Strike Construction, a 19,074-square-foot lease with FCC Environmental Services and a 6,195-square-foot lease from Daily Grace Enterprises in Wildwood Corporate Centre I. In Wildwood Corporate Centre II, the leases are a 7,815-square-foot agreement with Mears Group, 3,336 square feet with LJA Engineering and 3,104 square feet with USI Insurance Services.
Wildwood Corporate Centre I is a three-story, 128,000-square-foot office building built in 2014, and Wildwood Corporate Centre II is an eight-story, 202,000-square-foot building constructed in 2016.
