Additionally, the median home sales price increased in three of five local ZIP codes year over year. ZIP code 77479 had the highest median home sales prices among ZIP codes at $554,000.
The average number of days homes spent on the market increased in all five ZIP codes, with ZIP codes 77478 and 77479 seeing rises of more than 100%.
Homes in 77459 spent the longest on average among the ZIP codes, with 108 days on the market for the 82 homes sold.
