Of the five, ZIP code 77459 continued to be the most active for home sales at 57, but nine fewer than last month.
Additionally, the median home sales price dropped in three of five local ZIP codes year over year.
On the other hand, ZIP codes 77478 and 77489 had median home sales price increases year over year. ZIP code 77489 also had the highest median home sales prices among ZIP codes at $511,700.
The average number of days homes spent on the market also rose in three of five ZIP codes, with ZIP codes 77459 and 77478 seeing decreases of up to 11%.
Homes in 77498 spent the longest on average among the ZIP codes, with 122 days on the market for the 17 homes sold.
