A nearly 14,000-square-foot surgery and medical care center is coming to Sugar Land, according to project details from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The details

The business will be located within the Imperial Medical Center and remodeled from an existing suite within the center, according to TDLR. Four operating rooms are set to be converted into an outpatient surgical center with a seated waiting area.

Per the project filing with TDLR, construction on the $2.08 million project will begin in September and is slated to finish by Nov. 1.
