All three propositions in Missouri City's $85.85 million bond have passed, according to the latest election results. This is the largest bond in city history.
As of 8:30 a.m. Nov. 3, Fort Bend County is reporting all Election Day results, with just overseas and some provisional ballots remaining, elections officials said. Harris County—where the Missouri City neighborhood of Fondren Park is located—is reporting results from all of its 704 voting centers.
Proposition A received 73.63% support, or 4,546 votes in favor of it. At $51.615 million, Proposition A makes up more than half of the bond package and will be used to reconstruct streets and other mobility projects.
The $11.22 million Proposition B was supported by 67.54% of voters, receiving 4,157 votes for it. The smallest proposition on the ballot, Proposition B will fund updates to city facilities.
Proposition C, which totals $23.015 million, is dedicated to park improvements. Proposition C received support from 69.24% of voters, or 4,261 votes in favor. The largest project funded through this proposition is a $10 million to overhaul the Sta-Mo Sports Complex.
A maximum debt service tax rate of $0.1757 is needed to support the passage of the bond.

Missouri City voters are on pace to pass on all three propositions of Missouri City's $85.85 million bond.
As of 9:52 p.m., both Harris County and Fort Bend County are reporting early voting totals. Neither county is reporting Election Day results.
Early results show 76.82% of voters, or 2,581 voters, are in favor of Proposition A; 70.31% of voters, or 2,354 voters, have supported Proposition B; and Proposition C has received the support of 71.16% of voters, or 2,383 votes.

With early voting results from Fort Bend County tallied, Missouri City voters have expressed support for all three propositions of Missouri City's $85.85 million bond package on the Nov. 2 ballot.
Election results from Harris County—which includes the northern-most part of the city and the Fondren Park neighborhood—are delayed due to power outages, according to Harris County.
As of 7:12 p.m., early voting results show 77.06% of voters, or 2,402 voters, are in favor of Proposition A; 70.54%, or 2,191 voters, are in favor of Proposition B; and 71.55%, or 2,226 voters, are in favor of Proposition C.
The $51.615 million Proposition A would completely reconstruction more than 80 streets across and city and be used for other mobility-related improvements. Proposition B allocates $11.22 million to update building infrastructure.
At $23.015 million, Proposition C would infuse money into four Missouri City parks, including $10 million for Sta-Mo Sports Complex and $3.5 million for Freedom Tree Park. It would also improve or add trails at five city parks.
If the propositions are approved by voters, the maximum debt service tax rate needed to support the bond would be $0.1757. This represents a $0.04089 increase over the debt service tax rate adopted for fiscal year 2021-22.
