A new traffic signal at Cypress Station Drive and Hollow Tree Lane is still on hold, pending the resolution of utility conflicts. The project was initiated in November, and according to Pamela Rocchi, the director of Harris County Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Division, 30 construction days remain for the project’s completion following the resolution.
