Charm Thai Bistro owners Wanalee and Adam Gorelick celebrated the one-year anniversary of their business Nov. 1. The restaurant—located at 2203 Spring Stuebner Road, Ste. 100, Spring—boasts a menu of Thai dishes, such as curries, pad Thai, kai soi and dumplings, and desserts, such as Thai tea creme brulee. The Gorelicks also own two cafes in the North Houston area, including Noe’s Cafe, which will be holding its soft opening Jan. 21. 281-516-5555. www.charmthaitx.com
