Noe’s Cafe will celebrate its soft opening Jan. 21-23 after the opening was delayed from September. Located in The Market at Springwoods Village at 2120 Spring Stuebner Road, Spring, the cafe will offer locally-roasted coffee and bubble tea available via drive-thru. Inside, customers can also order from a full breakfast and brunch menu featuring pancakes, sandwiches, eggs Benedicts and waffles.

The business will continue to operate on a soft opening basis for the week after Jan. 23 as the owners hire additional staff. The owners also operate two other businesses—Noe's Crepes Coffee & Tea in Conroe and Charm Thai Bistro in Spring. 281-656-9999. www.facebook.com/noescafespring
