Starbucks is slated to open a new coffeeshop in the first quarter of 2022 at 1400 Lake Plaza Drive, Spring. According to an Oct. 7 news release, the new 1,726-square-foot storefront will feature a patio and will join Chipotle on the ground floor of The Mark at City Place, a luxury, mid-rise apartment complex. The Seattle-based coffee shop serves both hot and iced coffee, tea, and espresso-based beverages including mochas, frappuccinos, macchiatos and lattes. www.starbucks.com
