See how the Spring, Klein real estate market fared in June 2021 as compared to June 2020

Five of the Spring and Klein area’s nine ZIP codes experienced an increase in the number of homes sold in June as compared to June 2020, while ZIP codes 77069, 77070, 77379 and 77388 experienced a decrease. The median price of homes sold also increased year over year in all Spring- and Klein-area ZIP codes.
