Food Truck Friday will feature Il Primo Pizza & Wings Food Truck. The truck will be in front of the Richmond Fire Department, 200 Houston St., from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The truck serves pizzas, buffalo wings, salads and subs. Visit their website at www.ilprimopizzatx.com for a full menu.

The Giving Spirits Concert Series benefiting Mental Health America of Fort Bend County will have music by Soul Infinity. The variety band covers classic songs as well as contemporary hits. Various booths will be on display at the event where attendees can learn how to promote their family’s physical and emotional health. The Historic Richmond Association presents Motor Madness and The Art Walk at 402 Morton St. from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Motor Madness is a car show, with awards given at 2 p.m. The Art Walk will be along Morton and Third streets. Houston’s Art Cars will be on display and artists will display their work in participating Morton Street merchants’ shops. There will be community art projects, two live music areas, adult beverages at the Lone Star Saloon and a community-wide festival raffle. The George Memorial Library will host Meditation for Blissful Living from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. Participants will learn how to integrate meditation into their lives in order to achieve a sense of peace and clarity. Sessions will introduce meditation processes involving a combination of breathing techniques, sounds, postures and silence. No registration is required.

Missouri City will host a Mother’s Day Cake decorating event at 1522 Texas Parkway in Missouri City. Families can decorate a cake with their own unique designs.
